This club is dedicated to all fantasy creatures with wings, popular or not. You could stick wings on practically anything and it'd be welcome here!
Created by ~Phoenix-Lord over six years ago, the group was handed to the current founder about four months later. Since then, it's grown from one hundred or so members to over 3,000 members and watchers. Thanks guys for making this such a successful group!
A few quick rules (hit the "More" button or follow the [link] to see them all):
1. Artwork submitted to this group MUST contain
fantasy creatures with wings or fantasy beings with wings.
Winged dinosaurs are also okay since there is still a lot of speculation about how extinct animals looked when they were alive, and there are many different artistic interpretations of the possible colors and patterns of their skin, scales, and other features.
2. Exception: Busts, or head-and-shoulders pictures, of creatures that usually have wings are okay. A dragon's head or a gryphon's head would be acceptable, for example. A picture of a human's head and shoulders (without an indication of wings of some kind), however, would not, as humans don't
usually have wings.
3. Artwork submitted on notebook paper will not be accepted. Artwork also needs to be rotated so that it is correctly oriented in a horizontal or vertical format, whichever is appropriate.
4. All mediums are acceptable. Traditional, digital, photomanipulation, literature - you name it. If you used it to make a winged fantasy creature, you can post it here.
5. Fanart is acceptable, as long as the being or creature has wings.
6. Real animals without fantasy elements are not acceptable. This is Winged *Fantasy* Club, remember.
7. Fins are not the same as wings. If your creature is a water-dwelling one that could not fly through the sky, then it will not be accepted here.
8.
Fetish art/art with sexual themes can be submitted but may be denied depending on how graphic it is. (Please note that our Founder is a PRUDE!) It also has to have a mature rating.
If you have questions, ask! You may post a comment or send the group a Note.
